Guardian Program
The Guardian Program is an opportunity to have the best puppy in the Royal litter for only a deposit price. In return the dog has to come back to us for whelping 2 litters. Male Guardians have to be kept in tact and available for breeding.

CRITERIA FOR A GUARDIAN FAMILY:
Live in south island, preferably with in an hour or so from our home in Otago. If not, be willing to share in driving for meetings.
Be dedicated to training, socialization and care of your dog and puppy, realizing it will come back and be a representative of the breed and the "Royal Dog Family".
Be willing to be away from your dog for 8 weeks while they deliver and whelp there fur family. (typically 2 litters depending on agreement) Visits welcome during time away.
Be flexible and helpful: although I try my best to make things smooth, it is good to have a flexible personality that is willing to work with changes if they arise. Owning a guardian makes you a friend like family.
BENEFITS OF OWNING A GUARDIAN
Guardians receive Breeders top pick of the litter.
Guardians are given to families for the price of the deposit (only a fraction of the pet price).
Lifetime support
Royal will pay for desexing when breeding duties are finished.
Royal takes care of all feeding and care during their time with us. Dogs love their "working holiday" while raising their precious fur family (allowing valued vacation time for families without finding a kennel).
